Great little hotel. Clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. located right by the palace and with easy walking distance of bus/metro/commuter ferry. Easy walk over the bridge to T-Central station. We would definitely stay again.

From start to end Lovely friendly staff Easy check in Stored suitcases pre and after check in Breakfast lovely Room very original , clean , great products and little welcome touches A big recomend

No VIP benefits were given what so ever, attitude of the staff was “we can’t give you the upgrade because room level that left is too high and we don’t have others….” Take it or leave it. We were given a horrible room where I had to climb over my friend’s bed to get to my bed and I was unable to get up at night to go to the toilet because no way of getting out of bed without climbing over other bed. Terrible
