Dimi met us at the front door on arrival, this was much appreciated after a VERY long travel day from Canada! The room was very comfortable and near the port so easy access to restaurants, shopping & ferries. We will stay here again.

Great hotel , lovely lady came and helped set up app entry to the property, location great, very modern, very clean , some steep steps , so if you have mobility issues, probably not for you.

A very clean, modern and convenient room with air conditioning and double glazing. The busy location is excellent for so many things - the bus station, supermarket, tourist office and rentals. The port and town is a few minutes walk. If you want a convenient stop off in Skiathos town this is for you , especially if you are travelling light or backpacking: NB - the stairs to the residence are steep. Not recommended for heavy suitcases, or anyone with mobility issues.The staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Room was very nicely furnished, comfortable bed, very clean and spacious. Facilities consist of electronic safe, small clothes hanging rail,tv (not satellite,only Greek) fridge,kettle,mugs,glasses and tea spoons,( plates and knives would have been useful though for snacks). Overall very nice, convenient for restaurants and bars, not advisable if you have a problem with stairs as there are a lot of steps to climb to enter the apartments from the street. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean, good location, well decorated. Was unable to get into room for almost an hour, there is no reception staff and we were not given the code to enter. Overall was good for the night but the communication was not great.

Stylish decor comfortable bed and good aircon. Dimi representing KNM Villas was amazingly helpful and supportive sorting out every problem with great efficiency and charm, even coming to the hotel in the evening with cockroach spray. Whatever her salary is it should be doubled. I did not like the extremely small shower room or poor workmanship however the facilities worked well and the room was well equipped. There is a small view of the sea from the balcony if you look past the electricity pylon. 30 steps up to the hotel entrance from the ground could be a problem for some. The keyless entry system is excellent. The position of the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shops and opposite the bus terminus. I did not find it at all noisy and the coffee shop below the hotel is super friendly.

Posizione straordinariamente comoda, di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus sia direzione aeroporto che spiagge, come pure molo per noleggio barche. Se si ha la camera di fronte alla strada principale si ha la completa vista mare. Il personale e' stato particolarmente accurato e gentile nel fornire tutte le info e garantire il corretto utilizzo della app in sostituzione della reception.

Check in via App only an when I was trying to call reception there was no answer. no clear instruction provided how to get to the room. I personally helped some older couple to find their room. App is not showing always room number in full, it's an app bug. Door code panel was not operating smoothly enough. Location is next to busy road and windows unfo do not protect from wind and noise coming from the street. Also room doors are not protecting from noise on corridor. WIFI signal very poor and I was told it's all the island like that but it was not true. Other places with WIFI had much better transfer. Bed linen and bathroom was clean but carpet was asking already for a nice washing. Interior design I liked a lot in the room.

Posizione ottima, la città di Skiathos è a pochi passi e subito sotto la struttura c’è la fermata del bus per spostarsi e visitare tante belle spiagge. Host disponibile e molto gentile.
