"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"One of our colleagues was looking for an apartment in central Beverley for about a month. He really enjoyed his stay, as he had all the home-comforts and the location was right in the heart of Beverley."

"Great communication throughout. Immaculate property. Bedrooms lovely all with own bathroom. Plenty of xommunal areas. Dining room perfect for our buffet, the oldies loved chilling in the large comfortable living area. The pool table was agreat hig, and tbe large well equipped kitchen becane our bar area. "Beautiful location junction to get out a bit hazardous quite clean comfortable/ homely lodge very large. We spent most of the time in hottub with my girls who loved it. Fab welcome pack with plenty of advice of places to go which we did and would hightly recommend "

"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

"The staff in the hotel are all super friendly and helpful. Simple things like remembering where you sat the night before at dinner give a personal touch. There are parts of the hotel which do need updating though. Everything is clean and the beds are comfy but some areas look a little tired for example the bathrooms. Excellent selection at breakfast "

"Lovely old-fashioned unique hotel. Lots of choice for food, and the spa is fab - £12 access per room is great, and the facilities were clean and updated. The gym/health club was a huge plus and made the stay even better. I would say the Bistro could do with some redecorating - the food was good and very reasonable, but the ambience/decor was a little plain for a dinner location! Aside from that, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfy, and the staff were all really friendly. Such a nice location for a weekend country getaway "

"Check-in very straightforward, lovely helpful staff. Room was freezing when I got in, but had warmed up in a couple of hours. Probably not a bad thing, as not heating an unoccupied room. Reasonable evening meal (I got there minutes before the kitchen closed) and good breakfast. Good value for money. "
