"Hotel end of checking in time is 6pm. We were late on our way there because unexpected snow on mountains mid September. We called owner, she left our room key and instruction at reception, and we checked in without any issues. The breakfast has good choice. The stuff was very friendly and helpful."

"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "Great location close to the best things to do in Austria for the outdoors within 1 hr drive. Lots of parking on site, very warm and welcoming owners who run the hotel. Delicious restaurant on site with authentic dishes that taste fresh. Clean rooms. Not touristy, and very accommodating host. I would stay there again for sure. "

"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable.
