"Overall we were comfortable and were ok with the place. There was only a bathtub and a hand held sprayer with no shower curtain. We had to squat and hold the shower over our heads. The heat was miserable and didn’t seem to be able to be controlled. "

"Area was fine but a bit business-like (over a grocery store). The apartment was nice and I really liked the shower. Did not like the fact that the door to apartment did not have any way to lock from the inside (i.e. anyone with an electronic key could come in while we were inside). Would prefer that there was an internal lock for patrons on the inside to restrict management/maids/etc from walking in unannounced. The staff were very nice and we never had any issues. The kitchen was nice and...

"Perfect for me, just a ten minute walk along the river from the city centre and five minutes from the bus station. Takes a little finding first time, but after that easy and in a quiet residential area. Room was clean and had all I needed, you do need to get in touch with the owners before arriving though, as the reception is not permanently manned. Would happily stay again when in the city."

"Excellent hotel. Located slightly out of the old city, but there is a nice walk down the river that gets you there, directly, within 30 minutes or a taxi for around £5. Staff were great, couldn't do enough for you and very polite. Service brilliant, very clean and the spa was amongst the best ive been to, as eas the gym."

"Its location was extremely convenient for those wishing to join the local tours. It was approximately a five-minute walk to Macedonia Square, the Stone Bridge, and the home of Mother Teresa. One minor drawback was the lack of large supermarkets near the hotel; I had to go to Diamond Mall for that. Additionally, the hotel provided slippers."

"Great location as within a two minute walk of the Old Bazaar and less than 10 minutes walk to Macedonia Square, which did mean it can be a bit noisy at night as the rooms weren't very sound proof and you could hear everything going on outside and in the corridor. The facilities were basic and the rooms could do with an upgrade, but it is a great location, good value for money and friendly staff, if you're looking for a good value, central location to stay in."
