This is a lovely spot in the heart of town with great customer service, a plentiful breakfast and only a couple steps to the Krka National park ferry. The room was clean and comfortable although an extra blanket may have been nice. The breakfast was plentiful and the quality of the food was great. The lady at reception was so accommodating and friendly, I wish I remembered her name. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and attended to during my stay. The on-site parking was much appreciated as it is a busy area being so close to Krka National park. There are many cute restaurants and shops just steps from this hotel.

Lovely hotel! Extremely accommodating staff. Reception even made a hairdresser appointment for me at a local salon! Great breakfast. convenient location for visiting KRKA waterfalls! Restaurant was very good-staff very nice and friendly.

Poor reception
The receptionist was very indifferent. He didn’t help me with my bags, and although the hotel was pretty empty, only gave me a very small room, where he could easily have upgraded me as a gesture of goodwill. I mentioned this later to the manage, who shrugged me off as though he didn’t understand. When I asked the receptionist later to felon. Me with a store address, I got the feeling I was putting him out.

Great location
We wanted to visit the waterfalls so thought it would make sense to drive straight there from the airport and spend a night rather than having to travel back from Split. Hotel was easy to find and in a great location only a few minutes walk to the boat to get to the Krka waterfalls. We had booked a twin room but were given a 2-bedroom apartment which was great, only issue was that we couldn't get the air conditioning to work although this was eventually fixed by staff that same night. Food in the hotel restaurant was great, the (included) breakfast was average with bread and eggs and cold meat. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again if we were in the area.
