"The staff and service are wonderful. We have seen wildlife around the property including a coati, armadillo and a monkey! The location is up a hill/mountain so we tend to drive rather than walk into town. Breakfast here and all our meals in town at recommended spots have been great! The room is very clean but dated and the bathroom could use an upgrade. Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars!"

Hotels.com was on the verge of finding us another place because nobody would answer the phone at the number provided when luckily another property owner knew of the place and helped us find it. "The breakfast, which was included in the price, was amazing (eggs, toast, butter, jam, juice, and coffee). The facility is new and offers Wi-Fi and parking. The shower had the best water pressure of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip through Costa Rica. No frills, but the room and premises were clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. They served a delicious, made-to-order breakfast. No A/C wasn't a problem as the temperature dropped at night.
