"The property was quaint and as expected from other reviews and the listing details. It felt rather damp but there were electric fan heaters in each room which quickly warmed the place up. The Wi-Fi kept going off and we were unable to make the tv work but that wasn’t an issue as we were only there for two nights."

"The owner met us there and had the fire going. He was very nice and gave us a lot of pointers on where to go and what to see, not your typical tourist attractions. We were there for a few nights for our honeymoon and he had a little surprise waiting for us when we got there. If your looking for a quiet cool little place to stay I would highly recommend staying here. Our only negative was the bed was a little small for someone who is a bit taller."

"We spent a wonderful week in Moriston Cottage despite the rain. Everything was very clean and the cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. There is everything in the kitchen if you want to cook and lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable. "Our second stay at this lovely property was excellent. Blessed with amazing weather, we climbed many hills, conquered the In Pinn on Skye, and paddle boarded and swam in the beautiful Loch Duich. The house is excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. Many thanks!"

"WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

"We enjoyed our week at Cuillin View. The apartment was as described but we did not appreciate how small it was. Our daughter joined us for a few days and it was a squeeze to accommodate us all (with a dog). "Gorgeous property with a real Scottish feel. Staff is fantastic, the food at the restaurant is delicious and the bar is cozy, with a fire in the cold months and a great selection of beverages (even better at Seamus' Pub next door when open (but it was closed for our stay being the off-season). The rooms are excellent, the bathroom is great and has heated flooring & a heated towel rack. There are even many snack and drink options in the room. The breakfast was included with our stay and the menu was EXTENSIVE. We had a full Scottish breakfast (and I mean FULL) and eggs benedict with a homemade hollandaise sauce and local eggs. Lots of walks and sights to see very close by as well. You will not be sorry if you're lucky enough to stay here! "
