"Hotel nice and clean. Had deluxe room with sea view lovely big balcony with recliner and table chairs. Good position for shops bus restaurants bars. Staff all friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back."

"Had an excellent time at this hotel. Staff are all extremely friendly and attentive. The location in ideally placed fir bars, coffee shops, bus & boat trips and shopping. Easy to get to Valletta on ferry. Our room was first class with a side view which looked over the bay which was a great view. Room was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Used the indoor pool, sauna and gym and also had an afternoon at the lido across from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices, including a barista serving your choice of coffee (nice touch) and a small menu with prepared breakfast such as omelettes and filled muffins. "

"Really modern hotel, with large rooms and friendly reception staff. A perfect base for our holiday! The breakfast was great, and included various continental and cooked options. The vegetarian cooked options were relatively good (scrambled egg, beans, tomato, boiled eggs) which was a great for me. The street is a bit loud / busy at the weekend but we literally never heard anything from our room."

"It's been long coming, as previous patrons of the old Fortina. We took note of the changes, but still loved the hotel for what it is. It's clean, comfortable, parking is cheap, the bar is quiet and well stocked and the restaurants are top notch. In what is today a multicultural society, we were also pleased and proud to note that in the main restaursnt, the chef is Maltese and there is a healthy mix of local and foreign staff. "
