The hotel has an excellent location with a frontal view of the Mediterranean Sea. The included breakfast buffet is varied and delicious! The staff is kind and helpful and the music in the rooftop terrace was awesome! Overall, a great value!

Couldn't fault the hotel and staff. This is ours fourth time to the area of Sliema, Malta. Love this area been coming since 2004, but first time sonce 2014. Great for exploring the island most excursions leave from here. Also options for bus , ferry or water taxis across to Valletta. We love the promenade for walks, stopping for refreshments in the many bars and restaurants.

Really nice hotel situated well

Can for sure recomnend this hotel. Staff are really friendly and service minded. Nice - small - pool on room top, loved it. Excellent buffet breakfast. Easy to walk to ferry to Valletta and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The Diplomat Hotel has rooms which overlook the mediterranean sea. They are clean, comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast is of the highest quality and excellent choice of dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had an enjoyable stay and can highly recommend it.

Excellent location for walking. Good facilities and excellent breakfast. Lots of choice and varied everyday. Generally quiet but it is on the main road so have to accept a bit of noise

We stayed for 8 days as a wind-down from a vigourous Asian holiday and it was perfect. We had a great view of the Sea and fell asleep to the sound of the surf. The bed was very comfortable - with 2 pillows each - and the room was very spacious. We asked for a fix for a cupboard door that was falling off and again when the TV wouldn't turn on, and maintenance was very prompt in fixing both. The breakfast was smazing. We were even offered a "take-away-breakfast" when we had to check out at 4 am on our last day. They have an events desk that lined up aa one day excursion to Gozo Island that was very friendly, informative and helpful. The Terrace on the roof as great, with plenty of seating snd a great view. The pool looked great but, in mid- October, was a bit too cool for our liking. We made use of the lounge chairs, though. Overall, it was a great stay.

Wonderfully clean throughout, nice to receive a welcome drink and room snacks at the quick check in. Staff were all friendly and professional and the room was spotless. Breakfast buffet was very good, particularly the garlic mushrooms. Handy for buses to and from the airport etc. I will definitely recommend!

From the welcoming drink to check out this hotel is excellent. Room was spacious, clean and safe. Breakfast was incredible from full english,fruit,and pastries. Room gad kettle, fridge and hairdryer all a positive bonus. Walk in town where there us ample places to eat is 20min walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly front desk team, especially Sahel. The service provided by the two cafeterias' teams is excellent and quick. The breakfast buffet is generous. The location is very practical—just a few meters from the beach, within walking distance to St. Julian’s and the Sliema ferry boat station. Buses to Valletta are very easy and quick. I am very satisfied! !

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the facilities couldn't be faulted. The bed was a little on the hard side for our liking but that is just personal taste. We would definitely stay here again.
