The staff at reception provided exceptional customer service and we felt completely confident in the choice we made to stay there. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were incredible with their attentiveness to a smoot breakfast operation. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Amazing as always! The staff are awesome and accommodating! The rooms are clean and beds comfy! And you are right in the middle of it all! Cafe ritter across the street and the U3 pops up right outside. I got in very early bc of my flight and the gentleman at the desk got me a room knowing i was up for the past 24 hours! Cant thank him enough! I will be back like i have before! Thank yall so much!

The Leo Grand is a gem of a hotel! Every aspect was exceptional….beautiful, very comfortable rooms, wonderful restaurant, perfect location tucked in a quiet side street within easy walking distance of everything. Most of all though we would like to compliment the amazing staff…from the moment we arrived they were warm and welcoming…helped us with planning activities and dining plus also went above and beyond to help us celebrate our family’s special occasion….our thanks for an exceptional experience!
