"The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. "So it was a walk down 79 steps to the village, so in ski boots that is challenging but you get used to it. Hot water did run out after 30 minutes or so on a couple of occassions. Apartment was superb and had a sauna and towels and bedding and all kitchen implements such has cooker, microwave, dishwasher ..."
