"We absolutely loved it here. Would recommend to anyone going to Bermuda. Easy access to the airport and the bus routes. The activities around the property were amazing too with the private beach and the private cave to swim in were particularly a highlight. My husband and I will be back! Thank you Grotto Bay!!! "

"Everything was Awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great and good portions in all the restaurants. The pool and private (pristine) beach was extremely nice and plenty of room to spread out. Bus stops right out front of the resort and can take you anywhere on the island you want to go. We highly recommend getting the bus/ferry pass for your length of stay. Everyone was helpful (directions) in our travels, whether on the bus or ferry. We would tell the bus driver where we wanted to go and they would tell when you reached that stop. The only one thing that we found as a downfall is the railings on the balconies. They should be glass( like on their residents area rooms), instead of the vinyl. (They block a little of the Incredibly Great view of the ocean and the rest of the resort.) This isn't a reason not to stay here. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Ed K from NJ"

Let me say as a African American woman traveling by herself to an island, i felt safe, I felt secure. The staff here were the best, Melanie and Ms.D at the front desk were always there to answer questions, give advice, check on me. It was nothing but love and great vibes.
