"Die Kommunikation zum Voraus hat bestens geklappt. Im Haus haben wir alles Notwendige vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung war praktisch, zweckmässig und gut. "Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und am Ende der Strasse liegt ein Wald, was praktisch für Hunde ist. Schade, dass die hintere Terrasse recht ungepflegt wirkte. Besser wäre es, wenn zwischen den Schlafräumen eine Tür statt einem Vorhang wäre. In der Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände und Ystad selbst ist ein sehr hübsches Städtchen. Man muss allerdings ein Stückchen fahren. Etwas nervig...

"Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Der Check in verlief reibungslos, alle Infos waren rechtzeitig da. Das "Durchgangszimmer" ist in dem Sinne kein Raum, sondern der Absatz oben bei den Treppen. Das Geländer war leider sehr wackelig und mit Klebeband geklebt. Die Stufen liefen zum anderen Geländer eng zu, weswegen wir die Kinder (3 und 4) lieber runter getragen haben. In Summe war obenstehendes für uns aber ok und ausreichend. Was uns aber etwas übel aufgestoßen hat...

"A beautiful guesthouse on a nice quiet spot with a lot of luxury. Wonderful hosts. A perfect beach is nearby for swimming and sunbathing. The sandy beach is quiet and has a nice long pier that brings jou far into the sea. A perfect spot!! "

"Parking at this place was difficult, as the desk clerk did not give me the proper information that there was an additional parking area which was not sign posted. But what I really didn't like is that I wrote to the hotel manager about this, and she hasn't yet replied. This is a bad sign! In addition, as the hotel is located very close to the port, trucks can idle just outside the back of the hotel while waiting to clear customs. This is really annoying, but the hotel cannot do anything about it, or so I was told. We would definitely not stay at this property again. No way. "
