Brand new to market. This condo has all the comforts of home with a 5 star feel. Schooner Place is condo in Villa Capriani, top floor, no one above you. LVP floors throughout the main living area. There is top of the line stainless steel appliances for all your kitchen and cooking needs. The condo has been fully renovated. The beds are so comfortable and there is even a sofa bed for those extra friends or family that want to join you on your vacation. Private, open balcony, catch the sun rays as you over look the extravagant pools and take in the ocean views. Enjoy the very modern beachy feel our condo has to offer.

Take a swim in one of the available pools, or soak in a hot tub while enjoying a cocktail from the bar of one of Topsail’s best recommended restaurants. The elevator is very close to the unit, you can take it down to the grilling area of the complex. The elevator is also great for taking your beach gear out to the beach. Walk ways that go directly out to the beautiful beach.

The living area has all you need, including a washer and dryer. Go upstairs to find the master suite with a king bed, and a killer view. There is an ensuite, you won’t even have to leave the room. Down the hall you will find a cute room with a queen bed and two single bunk beds.

Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, and unit has great wifi.

Also equipped with keyless entry, so no contact needed. Check yourself in and no extra stops along the way

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
