"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, comfortable and characterful BnB, in a great location an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Warm and friendly customer service. Comfy beds, great bath tub, supermarket just a few houses up the road. We were only disappointed there was no breakfast service during our stay as the previous breakfast reviews were fab! I think as they were doing some minor works/painting the dining room so it was closed- hopefully next trip we can try the...

"Stayed here one night in preparation for the boat trip to Skellig Michael which was sadly cancelled the next day due to rough seas and high winds. However, this was a lovely little place and we had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in the room with the attached bathroom and there was a great setup outside for coffee etc. which was much appreciated. Thank you!"

"Nice guesthouse, friendly staff. Its not a modern sleek guesthouse, but you'd probably struggle tonfind that in Killarney anyway. My room actually looked better and more modern than in the photo's. I did struggle with the key lock to get in at night, although im going to put that down to me having a few pints. I didnt have breakfast so cant comnebt on that, but as with most places at th moment needs to be pre booked up until 9pm the night before. Had all the toiletries you'd normally get,...

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "

Gorgeous place

"The view of the lake was incredible. I strongly recommend one of the rooms facing the lake. If you can get it I was here in the middle of winter and during the Daragh storm and the whole place was just kind of magical because of the to be honest. The grounds are beautiful. I walked all the way round and I just can’t think of another place that is as pretty as this. To be honest, I’d probably give the food a miss if I went back again."

Beautiful relaxing stay

"From start to finish it was a lovely relaxing stay at The Brehon. Bar food was great and kane the barman was fab. He really looked after us. Dining room was also fab. Patric looked after our every need. Breakfast was plentiful and really good too. I had a massage and facial in the spa and i would highly recommend Irena. It was amazing. We stayed in one of the heritage rooms and it was really nice. Good hairdyer , diffuser and straightners provided. Robes and slippers and also a fridge. Beds were really comfy and the shower was great.100% we will be back to The Brehon."

"Our stay at the Fairview was incredible in every way. James at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location right in the heart of Killarney was amazing and so walkable. The staff throughout Fairview were so kind. I would come back to stay here again in a heartbeat! "

Enjoyable stay

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Asked for a coconut margarita and the bar staff member very kindly made this off menu. Hotel in a fab location and breakfast was one of the best we have had. The glazed ham for breakfast was beautiful "

"The staff at the Hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed at the hotel. The breakfast is free for guests and you have a wide selection of choices and they are delicious. Parking is also close and very convenient as well, just a short walk to the hotel, less than 3 minutes. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. "
