Ski-In, Ski-Out To Lift About 100 Yards From Unit.

Very private and quiet top floor unit with high wooden beamed ceiling and no shared walls. Recently remodeled with new appliances, wooden floors, very rustic western feel with gas fireplace. The unit has two balconies with slope and mountain views. A king bed in the master with new memory foam mattress , queen and single in the guest bedroom and sleeps 3-6 in the loft with one king bed and two double futons. There are three flat screen TVs- 65 inch smart TV in the main room, one in the master and one in the guest room. The main grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and local pizza place are one block up the hill. Brand New Pool, hot tub and washer/dryer facilities are shared. A wonderful mountain cabin feel close to restaurants, shopping and the five star Viceroy Hotel.

Easy
Convenient to ski into at the end of the day. Bus stop steps away from the place connect you to the other mountains for free. Grocery store and all the stores just a short walk up the hill.

Really enjoyed our stay - very nice, clean condo. Great kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds. Safe storage of skis outside. Great access to the Assay Hill lift - quick walk or ski across the bridge (the building is the nearest to the bridge). You also have a grocery store / pizza restaurant / bar just up the hill from the property (2-3 min walk). You can also walk over to the Viceroy pretty easily (over the bridge and 2 min up the hill) for dinner / cocktails, also ski rental. Above all Greg is a fantastic host who reached out immediately upon us booking and was always available as needed.

Great ski location!
Really nice space and convenient to the lift. Great communication. Only challenge is parking, there aren’t passes so we wrote notes and parked at Clark’s up the hill. I’d look into this property again.

Great location if you're trying to hit the slopes. Nice decor and it was accommodating to our group. It would've been helpful if instructions for checking out, directions to the lift, and directions to the hot tub were provided.

Clean, easy ski-in/out, simple checkin, good communication.
Place was tidy and clean. ski-in/out was out the back at bottom of stairs, some but not too much poling either way (need to ski over "skiers" bridge to resort). Simple checkin to get door code. Needed to get some info, Greg communicated very quickly. Thanks!

First time skiing out west and we were able to get on our skis and get to the lift very easily. Great location and close to restaurants and grocery food store as well as a Lyft to the mountain Snowmass. Great experience and awesome communication with property owner.

We were two couples in our late 50s. Our only complaint was that there were lots of stairs to get up to the unit from the parking lot. Otherwise, very nice unit for two couples. Host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again

PERFECT COZY CONDO AND LOCATION!
First time to Snowmass and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Close to everything. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and best of all to the lifts. Teenagers could hit the slopes as soon as they opened and us adults could take our time to the lifts. DEFINITELY will stay there again!!! Summer trip next time! Did not disappoint!

There are lots of steps from the parking area so glad we had my son with to help carry. Great location for skiers and for the grocery store.. Very quiet area and a good pizza restaurant close by. Unit was very well kept but be aware that the loft is no good for adults. Did wish the main room had blinds since my daughter ended up sleeping there.. The kitchen was well stocked.. Had every pot we needed. Only thing missing was dishwasher detergent.. Had to buy some. We had a great week.

Great condo for a family. Well equipped kitchen, nice fireplace with fan to warm up your boots, ski access is a flight of stairs away, host was incredibly quick to respond to all inquiries. We’re already looking forward to our trip next year and will try to stay here.
