Great value and will definitely stay again. 1 min drive away from Univ of Buffalo north campus which we were touring and close to highway etc. Short drive to stores / restaurants but that was fine. Breakfast was fine / quick type but worked well for us to grab / self serve type which we preferred over waiting for slow wait staff...
