"We celebrated the 4 December birthdays we have. We had a great time making memories with grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The cabin was very clean. We loved the location where we felt secluded. It had an awesome view of the lake. The kids loved the bunk beds. "

It was so wonderful to be in a large kitchen and sitting around a long table, plenty of room for everyone. 2 living room areas, a deck, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen, relaxing hot tub under the stars, gas bbq and gas fire pit, trails for walking/ bike riding,just a block or two away"

"The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!"

"The place was as described and is a relaxing getaway in Tahoe. The host left very detailed instructions to use the amenities of the place (which was properly maintained and clean) and various tips to make sure our stay is smooth as possible. Make sure to watch-out for the bears!"

"Upstairs guest bathroom was dirty behind the toilet seat. I think the knobs are for a bidet and the inside crevice is yucky. The dining room table and a couple of the chairs are very wobbly. And the weather striping on the sliding glass door in the master bedroom is coming off. One of us tripped on it. The AC doesn’t appear to work. If it does please include instructions. AC is mentioned in the vrbo description of the unit. "

"The motel looks recently remodeled - lighting fixtures, bed boards, outlets, heating- everything is super modern, fresh and very clean. Definitely exceeded expectations for a motel. We had the room in 200’s building. The lake view from the room is worth a million bucks. For real. Location is excellent, few steps to pizza place, American restaurant, Asian restaurant and 2 coffee shops. This was very convenient to just walk there. Customer service was very friendly, which is much appreciated these days. Overall excellent "
