Awesome Winter Getaway
This property was just what we were looking for. We were a bit worried about previous mixed post regarding cleanliness, but we were happy to see the home was well cleaned once we got there. The home was equipped with just about everything we needed (utensils, dishes, pans…) and realized we didn’t need to bring anything other than our food. We were fortunate to arrive prior to snow falling throughout the night. In the morning we had about 2-3 inches of fresh snow. The size of the property made it a private snow park for all of the whole family.

Beautiful, secluded home.
The home is huge and beautiful. It's very private and secluded. It could use some elbow grease in overall cleanliness. It is situated right next the the highway, so there's a constant traffic flow in the background. The waterfront home was very relaxing with plenty of space to roam indoors and outdoors.

Great location, home needs work
The property sits on a great, private location. Lake behind the home is stagnant..seemed more like a swamp/pond, can't swim in it or paddle board due to the debri/algae. The home is spacious, and had almost everything we needed. Does not come with a blender or ice maker. The garage is not accessible so that made it a little different to store our recreational things..we had to leave those on the porch or in the vehicle. We were told there was no outdoor grill on property, so we brought our own only to find out there actually was one, however it did not have propane. Home needs deep cleaning and paint to the walls.. it did not meet our cleanliness expectations. Would stay again if they improve in those areas.

Fantastic property, Inadequate supplies.
This property is a fantastic diamond in the rough. It is comfortable and not fancy which makes it great for families with children. The property is a fantastic play area for children. Our 8 children loved the open land as well as the lake. This property could be such a fantastic option by simply providing sufficient supplies such as bath towels. It would be so helpful if more information was provided about items not provided. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if we had known there would be no outdoor seating or barbecue.

Beautiful and Spacious
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our two families. The highlight of our trip was our time spent in their backyard. It is huge, we basically had our own snow park. We built our own snowball battle field and sledding track. The property was not too far from Soda Springs Ski resort and Sugar Bowl. We only went for one day at the resort and spent the rest of the time at the house in the yard. There was couple of minor issues with the WiFi connection and cleanliness of the property. Communication was good. We were able to contact somebody when we needed too. Overall, both of our families enjoyed our stay.

Nice location and view for big group
Pros: The property is tucked away amongst the trees. It is large and can easily fit multiple cars. It backs up against a lake (though it was not swimable when we visited) and has two old rail cars in the front. The view in the living room looks out onto the lake and mountains - just beautiful! There were a number of modern design elements that made it a bit stylish. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all relatively open making it good for large groups to hang out together. There are multiple rooms that are pretty spacious and there are lots of windows for natural air and light. The fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer all worked well. Cons: The house needs some love. The walls, fans, and windows need to be cleaned. The water stopped running in the front bathroom on two separate occasions while people were in the middle of bathing only to come on a few minutes later. The back patio door needs to be fixed. There are no chairs on the patios so bring your own if you want to sit outside. There was a grill but no propane. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on the first day and there was no extra. The property is near the freeway so the distant wooshing of traffic is constantly going which bothered a few of our guests while they were sleeping but did not bother others at all.

Spacious house and nice for get together
We stayed here during Thanksgiving holiday with 4 other families. The place is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of amenities, including TV where we can watch netflix, dishwasher, laundry machine, oven, good size fridge, and games for kids, such as fussball. It has a big rice cooker for those who eat rice, lots of bowls, plates, glasses, and some pots and pans. There is internet as well, but the wifi was a bit slow. Oh if you have EV, there's an outlet outside of the house (110V) where you can charge the car slowly. There is internet as well, but the wifi was a bit slow.
