"The cabin was very tiny but in good condition. It appeared like it was very nice not too long ago but has recently been let go. There were goats and chickens all around my cabin and they kept getting out of the pin.The property had a lot of junk around the back including a fish tank with old green water standing in it ,broken pallets and a old rusted flat bed hitch trailer piled with junk. "The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful lane directly across the street from Lee University. The cottage has all the amenities you would require including a washer & dryer. The hosts were readily available to us for any questions we had and were more than pleasant. We will definitely be back in the near future."

"The house was perfect for our stay for the weekend. We were down for my daughter’s parents weekend at UTC. This was close enough to her but always far enough from the downtown area. House looks just like the pictures. Only thing was down fall was the beds have a dip in mattress, so we woke up with sore backs. Nothing that some Advil couldn’t help with. We would stay here again. "It’s a little confusing and deceiving when you are pulling into the property. If possible, plan to arrive when it’s daylight. Biggest thing is that as you pull in, you’re looking at the backside of the house / property. Once there, it’s just as advertised and amazing. "
