"We stayed at Old Alloway for a long weekend as part of our first-ever book club retreat—and it was a complete success. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and the peaceful, secluded setting made it feel like a true escape. Yet, we were only 10 minutes from the heart of Bathurst, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Old Alloway more highly!"

"We had such a cozy stay. The bed, furniture and furnishings were so comfortable and the linen and towels were high quality and luxurius. The kitchen was very well appointed and the bathroom was very user friendly.The view is beautiful and we loved sitting in the back verandah with a tea in the morning.The hosts are fabulous! Excellent communication and so lovely to speak to.We will absolutley stay again if we are ever in the Rylstone area again. "

"If you want to rent the guest house and the loft to different people who don’t know each other, you need to put a door on the guest house, so the guest house has privacy, as the people that rented the loft had to keep apologetic every single time they walked through, it’s not very fair on the people who rent the guest house, it also gives people the option to leave the door open or closed, both parties felt very awkward."

"We had a wonderful stay at Posey Hill Homestead, located in a serene and picturesque valley - perfect for a complete escape from city life. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and very enjoyable stay. The kids loved roaming the property and the proximity to the cows, sheep and kangaroos. The views at sunset from the ridge were spectacular. The history of the villages of Hill End and Sofala (a short drive from the house) was very interesting and the kids loved the experience of gold panning and meeting the locals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Anna was a pleasure to deal with."
