fantastic location--central to literally everything! Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and quiet rooms. Great sauna. What's not to like? The breakfast is perfectly fine but not great--that is the only small downside.

Room was cleaned daily, breakfast didn’t have much variety but was adequate. The spa jacuzzi wasn’t working for the three days I was there. The staff were friendly, location was pretty and so handy for every where. Would love to stay again

Very spacious room with beautiful wood furniture. The bathroom was exceptionally nice and even featured a bidet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was very walkable to all the sites. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very clean, the staff were very pleasant. The only downside was the extreme heat, we did not seem to have anyway of turning down the heat in the room, as well as the hotel generally being over heated. Also they're was very strong scent in the Repton and corridors

Really good property. The location was really good with many attractions on walking distance. This was important as I was only there for a weekend. The executive room was really big and had all the amenities. The view was to a park and national theatre. Breakfast was ok. I didn’t do any other meal. Staff I dealt with were polite and helpful.
