Apartment 'Abaye 2 Pinot - Charm' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

An intimate and cozy setting, ideal for a romantic vacation. The outdoor dining space overlooking the park offers unforgettable moments under the starry sky.

2-4 guests can stay overnight in this ground-floor apartment. The bedroom has a king-size bed consisting of two 90 x 210 cm mattresses, which can be separated on request. In the living room, on the other hand, there is a sofa bed with an 18-cm extra-comfort mattress measuring 160 x 200 cm. The bathroom with a large shower is accessed from the anteroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, oven and all necessary kitchen accessories. Heating and air conditioning is via heat pumps and boiler, and there is no gas source. The accommodation features a saltwater pool.

Forced recirculation of the area is provided in the apartments to ensure excellent climate and comfort.
Possibility of charging for electric cars. The facility is not suitable for families.
The type of furnishings and safety level of the exteriors are not suitable for guests between the ages of 2 and 14.

The strategic location allows walking distance to an artisan bakery with convenience store (50 m) and several well-known restaurants.

One of the most beautiful bike paths of Lake Garda (Lonato - Salò) passes 300 m away. Located on an internal road, one can easily reach Desenzano, Salò and Brescia, largely avoiding the summer traffic of the Gardesana occidentale.

The Beaches and marina of Moniga del Garda is 2 km away, and it is the same distance to comfortably reach Garda Golf in Soiano del Lago.

The qc Terme del Garde, on the other hand, are approx. 3 km away and can be conveniently reached by bicycle.

The autubus stop is 50 meters away.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Gastgeber fragten immer, ob es noch Wünsche gibt. Das Außengelände ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen ganz tollen Pool. Hier kann man auch im Schatten von Olivenbäumen gut relaxen. Die Unterkunft kann man bestens empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
