"this is a hotel i use frequently when driving through the area. its a perfect location for getting off the motorway and back on again the following day. Just a short drive to Troyes centre. there is a nice restaurant next door and a nice bakery too. i will stay here again next time im in the area "

"Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"Firstly, I have to say, this hotel was very inexpensive. The BIG problem though was that their wifi was inoperative. Having work to do, I had to hotspot from my phone and burned through half the hotel price in data charges! Next, this hotel is located in a commercial park, right next door to McDonalds. Really nice boutique hotel

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"We had a happy week in the house. There were plently of activities available. The property was very clean with adequate cooking equipment. We would have liked an additional toilet in the house for the 5 of us ( the property is advertised as accomodating 11 people). Two others are located in the pool and the annex, but not really available during the day."

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
