Vacation apartment Harmonie 45 m2

Our apartment is located in the heart of Solingen and is very central yet in a quiet location. Gastronomy, bakeries, supermarkets, theaters, shopping center bus and petrol station can be reached in up to 5 minutes on foot. Rail and highway in all directions within a few minutes. Excursions or relaxed hiking trails are right outside the front door, for example. Corkscrew line or bear hole. Bored are books, play stations, satellite TVs and board games.
- We can accommodate 6 people. A double bed for 2 people. A bunk bed for 2 people. And a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. A closet is replaced by a dressing room. Thanks to the highlight in the living room, the hours on the couch are a real feel-good oasis.
-Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, dining table expandable etc available.
-Bathroom with shower, window, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels available per booked guest, a bath towel, a hand towel, a small. Cloth.
Towels and bed linen change after consultation depending on the booking period. Longer stays are also possible.
Arrival from 12 p.m.
Departure until 10 a.m.

Das Haus liegt zentral, ist gut zu erreichen, fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Alles in gutem Zustand, ich hatte meine Ruhe.

Sauberkeit nur oberflächlich, Gemütlichkeit Fehlanzeige
Oberflächlich schien alles sauber, beim genaueren Hinsehen leider nicht mehr; Möbel waren zweckmäßig zusammengestellt und -gesetzt, das ein oder andere war kaputt; Duschen erschwert aufgrund schlechten Warmwasserboiler; WC nur ungern genutzt aufgrund dem fehlenden normalgroßen Abfluss (irgendein Gerät zwischengeschaltet, da vermutlich bei diesem alten Haus ein normales Abflussrohr nicht vorhanden ist); Föhn kaputt; mittelmäßig warm aufgrund alter Heizungsanlage und schlechter Isolierung des Dachgeschosses... kurzum: unseren Aufhenthalt haben wir nicht entspannt genießen können... Busanbindung ist aber gut und nur ein paar Meter entfernt und Parkplatz vor der Türe.
