There is a large auditorium with breakfast restaurant, bar area, reception area etc. It was quite cold in the morning. The spa area is quite nice. It would however be perfect if towels were provided. All in all, a fine stay.

The Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Location next to the Mall allowed for trips to and from being very convenient. The breakfast in the Hotel was amazing with any and I mean any dietary need were was available. Parking availability unknown. Transportation was available.

More stain than star
The hotel itself is close to the convention center which is convenient. It’s got everything you need with a cosy bar and great breakfast buffet. If you have a room that looks out over the courtyard, you may want to reconsider opening the window: the noise from below reverberates up until late in the evening and starts up again when breakfast is laid out from about 5am. In my room there was a trunk that supposedly contains the duvet for the pull out couch bed. Thankfully the duvet on my bed wasn’t as stained as this!

We arrived 1 minute after the last drink order in the bar. The reception is shared by the bar. The receptionist told us it wasnt his area to get us water. We where offered to go to the pub a block away It was raining and 2346pm Bar close at 24pm it says. You could not book the pool area before Arrival and had to get the slot time left. The pool area was cramped by 4 kids with boats… We left

Bra beliggenhet.
Ok hotell, innsjekkingen var ikke før 16, noe vi syntes var veldig sent. Var der 14:30, men ikke mulig å få sjekket inn. Nære toget til sentrum og et kjøpesenter. Ingen muligheter på rommet for kaffe/te. Man kunne kjøpe kaffe i resepsjonen for 25 kr. Synes det var litt spes. De fleste hoteller spanderer en kopp kaffe. Frokosten var ganske ok med bra utvalg. Vi hadde rom inn mot resepsjons området, var veldig gjenklang, så var støy på lørdags kvelden derifra. Vi valgte dette hotellet kun pga beliggenheten. Svømmebassenget var stengt, men hadde et lite treningsrom som fungerte. Alt i alt ok.
