"Extremely friendly and informative staff. Excellent well stock breakfast buffet with vast selection of hot and cold options. Handy location approx 100m from the beach. The spa facilities were a nice bonus. My only slight fault was the bed would shift as it wasnt fixed to the ground, however i am confident that had i mentioned this to the lovely staff they would have sorted this for us. Overall 5 stars and would recommend."

"Lovely stay. Lovely staff, nice pool, nice spa facilities, good breakfast selection, beautiful location. As I booked one of the cheapest rooms it was in the annaex next door to the main building but was very quick and easy to get to. Still a nice clean room with aircon. "

"Lovely, undisturbed stay in a pleasant room. Clean and comfortable enough to spend evenings in and with a great view overlooking the port. Easy access to local buses and the tram, as well as local hikes. Signs of wear but all functioning well with a good, strong shower. Air con worked slowly. "L’Avenida was altogether lovely, bursting with character and style. The location was perfect, near the main square but tucked away and so quiet and peaceful.
