The air freshener was a bit overpowering.

Most of the things are really good except for a time where we asked the housekeeping to make the pull out bed 4 different times and waited for hours before the bed was finally made. We went to talk to the front desk and they told us that someone marked it as completed at a time but that person never came nor did anything. So, it was very concerning. I wish the shampoo and conditioner things are in small plastic bottles, the idea seems a bit less eco-friendly. The phone in the room did not work for the first few days. So, it was difficult to call or receive call. Staff was nice. Some of them do look not very happy to be at work though. We loved the location and the pool. The view was amazing. Bed was pretty rough on our backs but that was not the deal breaker.

Hotel was good, but not what we expected. We came here thinking the hotel would be all about music, but it wasn’t. There’s not even music playing in the elevator. One person working in the lobby/check in. Sheets and towels did not smell very clean and fresh. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, except for the pillows that were way too big and high so I couldn’t sleep with them. Location is great, walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. Has a small and simple cafe downstairs for coffee and pasties.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. It’s convenient to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. A few good options for food in the hotel, and the rooftop bar has a good view of the city. I’d recommend staying here.

Property had amazing views and in a great area. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was too expensive for what you got. Hot buffet has about 6 options was not tasty and everything was soggy
