"Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views."

"Vine Cottage is a large, spacious, property, ideal for our family group of seven adults. With two lounges, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It's in a beautiful location situated in the vineyard itself. The kitchen/dining room is stunning, and made for family get togethers. However, the description in the listing needs to have more information. First of all, THERE IS NOT A MICROWAVE! It never entered our heads that there wouldn't be one at the property, but there wasn't....

Well equipped farmhouse kitchen with a large dining table, many characterful and gorgeously appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. "Loved this place! Only downside was arriving in the dark… there’s no reception and very little lighting so we had to knock on a nearby yurt and fortunately they knew where ours was! That aside, have already recommended to friends. "

"Fantastic mix of living spaces, each with character. Wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, leading into a huge dining area, or out into one part of the garden. All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. Two lovely hot tubs right next to each other, and an outdoor table and chairs, but right next to the house for ease of coming and going. Fantastic views, and so...

"It was a fabulous house with plenty of room to chill out and everything you could possibly want, beautiful gardens and the bonus of a hot tub, would definitely stay again."

"The property is a beautiful old farmhouse which has been beautifully restored. Accommodation was well laid out and because of the host’s style and attention to detail felt very like ‘home from home’. All felt very relaxed and not ‘too perfect’ that you couldn’t relax and enjoy it. Great space for the children and a fabulous playroom which they all enjoyed using. Roomy and Comfortable

"When booking other hotel stays for 5 of us, we have had to book two separate rooms. Not at Holiday Inn Express Taunton. We had one room for all five of us which was exceptionally sized and we all had plenty of space within the room. It is a budget hotel and the price should reflect expectations, however, we were immensely impressed with our stay, boosted even more so with breakfast being included. We will consider staying again if we are ever in the area again!"
