We were looking for a more reasonable option for a place to stay while we visited our daughter who lives in Brooklyn. This hotel exceeded our expectations as clean, comfortable and an easy back and forth to the city. We really liked that it was set back a bit from the road and bordered a residential area making it quiet. While it doesn’t really provide a breakfast, the coffee was actually pretty good. We’ll be back.

kinda bummed they advertised continental breakfast but it was just coffee and juice. not even milk or half and half for the coffee only coffee mate. otherwise it was good for what i needed

The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. I was not greeted with a smile or a polite tone. Their credit card machine wasn’t working but instead of stating what was taking so long to check in they kept talking to each other. I asked what the problem was and they finally told me. When I got to the room, it reeked of cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking facility. I asked for a room change and they pointed to the no smoking sign. I said it doesn’t matter what the sign says, the room smells. They then reluctantly changed my room. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!
