"The room was spacious and most comfortable. The view of False Bay was stupendous - to die for! The owners, Richard and Bart, could not do enough for us and were always available to attend to any issues we had, however small. Not that there were many. All in all it was one of the best stays we have experienced for years. We shall return!"

"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend...

"They are not accommodating at all I booked for myself and my 11 year old and 15 year old. Conning from the USA about 5 hours away I got they don’t allow kids under 16 and I have to pay extra for them to stay there. No where does that say it on the booking form or info page. Then got told I should be luck to get a refund. Would not recommend this place at all "

"This is such an amazing place to stay at. Glen and the team make you feel so at home and nothing is too much trouble - even waiting for me to check in at 22:00! Breakfasts are wonderful! Rooms are large and open. Beds are very comfy! Will definitely be back. "
