Quaint Stream Side Garden Flat

This "garden flat" is a newly renovated basement of our cottage. It can be rented with cottage or separately. It has a separate entry way then our main cottage rental. Its complete with a lovely bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom, coffee nook (mini fridge and microwave too), comfy couch and HUGE TV. Its on the edge of a valley next to a quaint stream and a small herd of adorable goats. The valley is stunning in almost all weather but especially on foggy mornings. Note Quiet hours 10pm-8am

This was a really nice garden space to stay in. I loved the peaceful farm/garden atmosphere. You can hear the upstairs cottage pretty well. I did appreciate the “quiet time” so I was able to sleep very well.

My daughter and I stayed here for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook, and this place was perfect!! We loved everything about this place. The property manager was super responsive, the location was perfect and the setting was even better! The place was so clean and there was such great attention to detail! The cutest cottage - and those goat neighbors!
We so loved our way-too-brief stay at the lower cottage, on eve of our visit to Miami Uni of Ohio. Thank you for the lovely hospitality, and we will have to come back soon to spend more time with the hosts and the so-cute 3 goats. Bed and couch were very comfortable, and amenities were great too. Used the blankets as it was only 28 degrees out, but all was cozy in the cottage. Thanks again.

Loved everything about this spot! The entryway was easy to find and the directions to the cottage simple. Parking was easy and clearly marked. The cottage itself smelled amazing! Beautiful and simple. The goats and cats were adorable and incredibly friendly! Definitely will stay again when we return the area!

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this vrbo for a swim meet at Miami University. The location is super convenient to Oxford — and the host was beyond accommodating with any requests / inquires within my stay! Great Getaway!
I love the flat. It's perfect for two people. I enjoyed the back patio with the view of the valley. This is where we sat and drank our morning coffee and our evening wine. I chose this location twice because it's only fifteen minutes from Miami University where my daughter is a grad student. I made this trip twice to visit her. The host is very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend the flat!
