"We enjoyed our stay in Alan’s cozy cottage. It is beautiful. It had such a comfortable bed (the bed should have its own five star rating!). The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for us such as coffee maker, filters, mugs, plates, microwave, and more. It was a great place to come back to after days of exploring Acadia National Park and the surrounding area. Alan is a very responsive host and we enjoyed meeting him."

I can say with confidence I have never stayed in a cabin like this before, not to mention it is in an incredibly beautiful area and extremely convenient to Acadia Park and a number of other restaurants and natural attractions. "We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and our stay could not have been better! The apartment is in the middle of town, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and has a lovely porch which has a view of the harbor. There is also easy access to Schoodic Peninsula and some nice hiking trails. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The unit is above a garage. There's plenty of privacy and it's very well set up, provided that you don't expect to cook food - which the hosts tell you is not allowed. There is a small fridge, hot pot and Keurig with mugs, paper cups, utensils etc. We had every convenience we wanted and greatly enjoyed our stay. It is only about 15 minutes from Acadia National Park."

"Great location in Tremont Maine.The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. A perfect spot for exploring Acadia, Northeast Harbor and Bar Harbor. Would highly recommend a windjammer cruise on the Margaret Todd in Bar Harbor and dinner at the Little Fern restaurant in the Claremont Hotel. We absolutely loved our three day stay!"

"The house was very nice and spacious. Plenty of sleeping space for our 5 adults. The house had tons of cleaning supplies, towels, and paper towels and toilet paper. Only a short drove to Arcadia and plenty of other sites including the water front within walking distance. Overall I would recommend to others especially if you have a larger family."
