The resort was lovely.
There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week.
I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night.

This was my FIFTH stay at the Eurotel Punta Rotja since 2008. I have seen once again some of the wonderful staff members who were there sixteen years ago, but all are most courteous and welcoming with a sincere "Buenos dias!" or "Buenos Noches!" The carpets in the rooms have been replaced with Pergo laminate hardwood flooring, and it's beautiful. The hotel location is magnificent and is far away from the tourist traps of Cala Millor, but still close enough to reach the worthwhile places there, such as scuba, sailing and so forth. You will not regret staying at the Eurotel Punta Rotja!

"I stay here every time I come to Palma for work related stays. The rooms are big and well appointed and all have a balcony with a decent view. I like the staff here as they are friendly and efficient"

"Clean property, very good breakfast, attentive staff. The dog fee is pretty steep for Europe but it comes with a dog bed and a doggie care package. Gloria at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good walkable location with lots of restaurants around it. Try La Pergola which is only a 1 minute ..."
