Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar."

"There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat."

If I were to be critical the only downside was the kitchen … there was no draining board… minimal extraction from the extractor fan and quite tricky to cook a full meal ( I know not many do this but we like to hence requesting a kitchen)"

Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. "Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower. On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each. I'd stay here again!!"

"My daughters and I stayed @ the Leonardo Royal for 4 nights and enjoyed our time there. Wonderful breakfast buffet to start the day, friendly staff, beautiful views, property is pretty, walk to restaurants or supermercado. We taxied to different parts of Mallorca during the day and were happy to come back to the Leonardo. "

Location was very close to party areas, beach, bars and restaurants you can also catch the bus for €2 to palma central (only cash) or even the mall. The only downfall for some can maybe be for light sleepers but I believe you find this across Mallorca, although this wasn’t the case for us you can hear those next door so I wouldn’t imagine on high season other than this we would definitely come back during low season. "Great stay at Nixe Palace Hotel. The room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, which made the experience really special. The food was delicious with good variety, and the staff were kind and friendly throughout. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!"
