"The apartment is actually better than it appears online. The owner was very gracious when meeting us at check-in and explained everything thoroughly. The apartment is probably the best equipped one we have ever rented and the owners thought of every detail in the amenities provided. The location couldn't be better with a short walk into town to restaurants and the center of town."

"I miss ths place. I liked privacy and feel that we were only inhabitants despite there were other groups.European type kitchen in apartment . I like the feeling that everything in the building was secure and strong.We had best breathtaking views ever possible over Bormio town down in the basin which is surrounded by 10.000 feet multiple snowy peaks.This residence is 1000 feet above Bormio so be prepared to drive switchbacks on a quite narrow lane in a traffic sometimes .Grocery store is few...

Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better - only issuing you with one towel meant that if you'd had a sauna you had nothing to dry yourself later with! And the jacuzzi was pool temperature so you could only spend ten minutes in it rather...

"Zum zweiten Mal im Haus Alpenheim zu Gast fühlten wir uns wieder sehr herzlich willkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch mit Tipps für Wandertouren wird man bestens versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die moderne, geräumige Küche hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. "Andrea is an amazing host. We really felt like we had been invited into his home. The location is his grandmother's house , 700 years old , that has been renovated beautifully. The view, in the evening especially , from just above the house is incredible. Andrea was so welcoming and helpful. He gave us tips on what to see and where to eat, that we really appreciated. We didn't want to leave. If you are ever in Tirano this is the place to go!"
