Take a dip in the swimming pool (no cover), challenge your friends to a game on the newly refurbished tennis court with pickleball lines and nighttime lights, or simply relax on the patio and soak up the sun.
The bedroom wing of the house offers a spacious primary suite with its own bathroom, providing a private retreat for relaxation. Additionally, there are 3 more generously sized bedrooms, each with a television, which share 2 bathrooms with showers. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone will find their own comfortable haven.

House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. Any request for a pet to stay on the property must be approved by the owner, and an additional $250 cleaning fee applies. This fee does not apply to service animals. Note that the pool is not fenced or covered, and is heated only between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
