"The house provides great outdoor areas for chilling and eating. However, the inside is not great at all. There is one Bedroom that is outstanding with a nice bathroom and a view from the bed of the lake. However, all the guests will have a very different experience. The 2nd floor is very low, I kept hitting my head in the bedroom or in the bathroom. There is only 5 bedrooms so I am not sure where the advertized 14 people stay comes from. I would rent again but not at the same price."

"C'est la deuxième année que nous louons cette villa. Nous avons pu à nouveau apprécier ses vastes volumes intérieurs et son confort ainsi que son excellente situation près du lac et à portée de vélo de nos plages préférées. "Au milieu de la zone de Pedebert, accès à tous les magasins outlets à pieds, restaurants et le bourg de Soorts Hossegor. Les plages sont à 30 mn en vélo (non électrique) et 10mn en voiture. La maison est calme et très agréable. Nous avons surfé pendant les 2 semaines. L’accueil était très sympa, tout pour passer d’excellentes vacances."
