"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. "Let me start with the positives: this place is clean, neat, tidy, and in a lovely and quiet location. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious. My stay there was terrible however due to the extremely unkind (verging on the extremely mean) treatment by one of the family members running this place -the middle aged woman. "We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage.
