Room is spotless, spacious with a kitchen and fridge to cool Grotto water for your daily drink. "We had a fantastic holiday! Our hosts were attentive, accommodating and engaged us in the local community. After a few hours we felt very much relaxed, welcomed and at home! "We enjoyed our stay in this cute mountain cabin. The views were incredible and it was easy to find. The beds were comfortable, but be warned you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which is not made clear when you book. The floorboards are a little squeaky and there are no comfy chairs outside to sit and admire that gorgeous view from, but apart from that, it was very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was immaculately clean. Philippe was a very welcoming host."

The house however requires reconstruction, especially bathrooms (only one of three is OK to use) and kitchen (very small and difficult to manage cooking for 8 people). There are only 8 proper beds, not 14 as mentioned in the ad. In neighborhood are very noisy dogs, day and night."

"We were overjoyed when we arrived to Annie’s place in Lourdes. It was spacious, central & tidy, and the bedroom was a comfortable oasis in the clouds. Annie was the most caring and accommodating host I have encountered. She made us feel right at home and even provided us with beautiful crepes and jam. "The property has not been maintained or checked for cleanliness prior to occupation. Mould on surface of dinner plates, bowls requiring cleaning prior to use. Strong odor of urine in living room, dank smell from kitchen drain, mold . At check-in we were told to purchase our own toilet paper! No paper towels either.Mosquito infested outdoor sitting area precluded its use and no screens on any windows or doors."

"What makes this hotel great are the staff. They are all willing to help and very accommodating. Great location for the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, you are there in 5 minutes.
