"Very nice views, spa staff could of been more accomodating for my children to use the indoor pool as the outdoor one was too cold. Other wise nice rooms, and rest of staff were very nice..ended up staying two extra nights"

"Staff was amazing! We arrived late on the train, in the rain and after dark. They sent their shuttle to pick us up, even though we got off at the wrong stop. They greeted us with umbrellas at the shuttle. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The weather wasn't great, so the beach area was closed, but that is not their fault. There wasn't much to do within walking distance but their free shuttle is great because you can go to town or to the train station to get to lots of other places....

"The staff was amazing at this gorgeous hotel!! So friendly and helpful! The suggestion of Tiko Tiko for supper was exceptional. We enjoyed a very relaxed Italian dinner and were amazed at the locals who dined near us and showed so much compassion and love for one another!! We had had the wonderful pastas, the steak (which was cooked to perfection), the profiteroles (a MUST have) and the lambursco! The amazing breakfast at the hotel each morning was divine! We loved Max and Luigi at the front desk. They were a memorable part of our trip because of their welcoming attitude and hospitality. "

"A really pretty property and convenient to the boat tour we had scheduled. The breakfast was very good. It was definitely a good value for hotel with breakfast. We took a taxi a total of four times to get to the top of the hill. Three times it was 20 Euros. The fourth time the driver took us a longer way and it cost 26 Euros. I asked the staff if there was another form of transportation. They told me there was a bus, which we took for less than two Euros. It would have been nice if the...

"This hotel is a quiet oasis in a busy tourist town! The staff were friendly and offered impeccable service. The breakfast was amazing with piles of choice. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would love to return and enjoy the view from the 5th floor lounge!😊"
