"The staff was amazing and very helpful with planning our excursions (hotel pick-up for excursions was a great surprise). We had a balcony with an amazing view though we didn't spend much time in our room to enjoy it. The hotel is far from the main areas of Sorrento with shopping & dining, but the shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to use. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we're fortunate enough to ever make it back to Sorrento."

"This property definitely has its own vibe with the yellow themed rooms. The room was thoughtully laid out, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. If you want to be in the city center, i cant imajine a better spot. Staff was amazing. Shout out to Lisa at the front desk who was so sweet, welcoming and helpfull. She made our stay even better."
