"We booked two nights at this hotel. We contacted the owner on whats app to let them know about our stay. We got in reply that they were not in the island at the moment, they were in vacation... so we couldn't able to stay at their place. We had to booked somewhere else, since then we haven't got any news from them, no apologies and no refund ! We called two times Hotels.com to let them know and try to join the owner as well few times without answer, this is not professional at all !!"
