"Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones fantásticas. Éramos tres matrimonios con niños. La casa es ideal para disfrutar en familia. La piscina, la pista de pádel, la “discoteca”, la barbacoa, etc., hacen que el tiempo se te pase volando. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. "Casa da Laxa was exactly what we were hoping for and more. The location is so tranquil tucked into a hill on the edge of temperate rainforest. Checking in was very smooth and the house very spacious and equipped with everything you might need. We headed out to visit castros, petroglyphs and hot springs but also spent plenty of time wending our way through the forest and the largely abandoned village, visiting the local river pool and sitting outside the local bar. "Fantastic hotel! The operator George is amazing. He speaks great English and was incredibly accommodating. We arrived very early and he was able to get our room ready as quickly as possible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the centre and on the Camino trail. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Caldas de Reis. "

"This is a lovely rural property that provided us the retreat that we needed. We had the “Moucho” room which had a nice balcony and skylight over the bed. We had great meals in their restaurant and the pool area looked very inviting but the rainy day prevented us from using it. We appreciate how friendly and welcoming they were with us despite our very limited Spanish skills! "

"Great hotel, right in the center of the city. Restaurant downstairs is also excellent. The balcony is a Juliette balcony. Room was clean and the lady at the front desk was so nice - she let us check in a little after noon because she could she we were tired pilgrims. "
