"The staff here were very accommodating and the property is beautiful. My only issue was my neighbor in the room next to me was slamming doors throughout the evening, had a screaming child and i believe smoking in their room as my room would wreak at the end of each day upon my return. When brought to their attention the staff was attentive. The hotel food and smoothie bar downstairs although pricey def worth it! "

"The staff went above and beyond to get us into the room a bit earlier and were attentive and friendly. The hotel was beautiful. Only down side was the pool was closed for renovations which was not disclosed until after the reservation was made. Would definately stay here again. "

"The rooms are not as pictured. Elevator and tv did not work at check in with information that repair service had been requested. By the time we left days later, both still not repaired. Despite these inconveniences, the room was clean and quiet, location was great, staff members were extremely friendly and attentive. There were complimentary bikes, beach chairs and towels during our stay, which were also great."

"This was a very cute and beautiful clean property. Everything was amazing except for the following: the hotel website states that they have a complimentary Golf cart to take you up to one mile away. However, this is not true. The Golf cart is only available if a certain employee is available, if it is not too busy and the employee himself stated that the golf cart is only to be taken to the beach which is is not a restriction listed at all on the website.
