Brand new build, completion date May 2025. Enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk room with a set of twin beds, guests will find the sleeping arrangements to be phenomenal. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with all you need. In addition, 2 living areas allow plenty of space to stretch out. Experience the magic of Notre Dame, Eddy street and all that South Bend has to offer. Entertaining outdoor space with dining, fire pit and room to play. Less than a half mile walk to campus. Message me for details or to see finishes. We are ND parents who are building to have a new home to stay in when we visit.
