"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

"It is the perfect property for location and panoramic sea views. The apartment was tastefully furnished with comfortable beds. James was waiting for us at the apartment on our arrival and throughout the week was on hand if we had any queries. There was plenty to do and everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend the apartment and Brighton, especially if you are a food lover! Perfect!"

"We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and can’t thank the host enough for allowing us to stay. On arrival we were a little concerned at how little the cottage seemed in comparison to the photos but actually it was perfect. We were here for a 7 person Hen Do and it was the perfect location in the middle of all the hustle and bustle - not a great place for any light sleepers though as the lane is busy and the bass from surrounding pubs/clubs is loud. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc."

"Great house, great location, very well equipped, good heating and hot water. Spotlessly clean. We had a flickering light and that was dealt with straight away. The kitchen was a great meet up place and perfect for our group of 5 old friends. The beds are comfy and the bed linen and towels are good quality. "We stayed in this little cabin by the woods for a month and it was fantastic: quiet, peaceful. comfortable and refreshing. Jeremy was a great host and helped us with anything we needed. The location is just delightful for sitting on the verandah with a cuppa or a glass of wine and watching the heron and the kingfisher on the pond. If you are looking for a break from the constant demands of daily, working life, this is the place for you."
