Unsatisfactory right from start. On arrival, mens bathroom on main level backedup with feces. In our room, refrigerator not working and filled with water on bottom. Staff had noone to look at it. No coffeepot or supplies in our room. Bathroom door wouldnt shut. Furniture dusty and coffee rings on surfaces. Pool was shut down. Breakfast at 8 am was cold sausage gravy and no biscuits(ran out by 8 am?). Would not return.

Liked the price, how convenient, nice staff, house keeping. I didn't like the man at the front desk because he was ignorant with us, if we asked for a few boxes of kleenex, towel sets, etc. He gave us 1 of what we asked for and if we asked him again he would give us 1 more of what we asked for most of the time. Sorry that I don't know his name but he never told me.

The bed was not comfortable. The walls are Peeling. The hot tub in the room was missing the plug. Took the staff over 2 hours to fix it then gave the wrong plug. Got one that worked at 11 or so. The pictures are not the actual rooms very disappointing

The lamps and bed frame were full of dust. Stains on table and couch seat. Bathroom ceiling had a section with what it look liked mold. Stain/marks on the door. Was not expecting this from what it was shown with pictures. They did offer another room but it was almost the same condition.

Overall it was fine. It was mostly clean other than the floor had not been vacuumed. 2 nights in a row I had trouble with my key working and the staff were very nice to fix it for me but I always had to wait at the desk for awhile for someone to come help me.

The recently renovated lobby makes you feel you have entered a brand new hotel; however once the elevator arrives you say “reno”: clunky elevator, soiled room carpet, mediocre bed linens, light bulbs missing, shower body wash container attached to wall totally empty.

I will never go to this hotel again . Real poor service, had to wait 1/3 hour to get checked in , there was no real breakfast a bailable next day. It was dirty and it smelled like mildew in the room and halls. Would not rec this place to anyone
