Great property
I had a little difficulty getting in touch with the owner just prior to check in to see what to expect and the Vrbo site would only send spotty messages and then would XX out any numbers provided by the owner. But once we were able to connect, everything was great! I stayed at 3 different Vrbo properties this trip and this was the best. Owner provided all the amenities needed and was nice enough to provide toiletries, beach towels, water and soda. He had several people on hand for any help needed. I had no-one in the other side of the duplex this trip and the privacy was amazing! It is conveniently located in the middle of the island so you can explore easily, the view of St.Martin/St. Maarten was great. I felt safe there. Be aware the road gets pretty rough at the end here, but the rental car was able to handle it. I would maybe recommend additional seating outside on the small porch and upstairs on the overview deck.....But bring bug spray for the evenings!!

Fantastic!! Paradise in Paradise!!
Had a fantastic stay at this private duplex. Quiet area with an amazing rooftop deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and gaze at St. Marteen! Bedrooms were perfect size with individual cooling units. Doris is AMAZING. She is always available to help, answer questions, give suggestions etc. We had food delivered before we arrived and she helped coordinate to make the delivery work. Pool is amazing. So relaxing!! I cannot think of a single issue or concern. James was amazing to work with and such a great man! We definitely plan to return and will absolutely be staying here again!!

Totally Great
We could not have been more happy with our stay at this beautiful villa from March 9 through 15, 2017. The property is spectacular and beautifully maintained. The views are amazing all day, including the stars at night. The villa itself was spotless and extremely comfortable, and well-equipped (which was important because I cooked breakfast every morning and several dinners). The housekeeper, Doris, is lovely and accommodating and James, the owner, could not be nicer. When I mentioned to him that we might not be able to leave on time because of a predicted Blizzard in NYC, he graciously offered us the villa "on him" for as long as we needed (but fortunately -- or unfortunately -- we were able to get home as planned). The pool was spotless and my girlfriend swam at least twice a day every day. The location is great -- short drives to beaches, restaurants and food shopping. This was not our first trip to Anguilla, so we knew our way around with no muss or fuss. will definitely be back. Thank you James!! Howard and Trish

Winter woes melted away...
Spent a glorious month basking in the sun at this quiet beautiful villa. James, the owner, was super accommodating and helpful. We love Doris, our housekeeper and we love Anguilla. We'll be back!

Very nice property and great hospitality
James went out of his way to do extras for us. Due to a flight delay we arrived a day late. James provided us with transportation to get to the Saint Martin ferry and then to the rental in Anguilla. The house was very nicely set up. Doris, the housekeeper, provided many extras and they even opened up the other side of the duplex for us because of our large group. The house is centrally located and on its own so you feel like you have plenty of outdoor space and privacy. The house was about 5-10 minutes drive from beaches and restaurants. When we go back to Anguilla, it will definitely be at James' vacation rental.

Friendly, relaxing and paradise
The family and I (my husband and I, 2 kids and my parents) are leaving today. Sad to say the least but it was a fabulous trip. James and Doris are amazing. Doris (came to clean things up every other day) was always so sweet and inviting. She met us at the home with fresh fruit and vanilla scented towls. Wonderful way to start our Christmas vacation. James (the owner) went WAY out of his way to insure we had the perfect trip. We unfortunately locked the keys in the car while down on the west end and James sent keys all the way from St Maarten to let us in. We were back in the car in an hour. He even printed our boarding passes and met us at the airport with them. The home is Very clean and is a great place to come home to after and long day on the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we used the Grill to cook ribeyes one night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals (we ate at home every morning and a couple evenings). Bonnie view is located in a great spot. We went to a different beach everyday and none of them were over a 15-20 minute drive. We will definitely be back to Bonne view. Already missing the gentle breezes of the most beautiful Island (in my opinion) in the world. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book this beautiful place!!!!!!

Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen, sehr gepflegt, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war sauber und die Dachterrasse war ideal , um sich zu entspannen. Mit Doris , dem guten Geist des Hauses , sind wir prima ausgekommen. Zum Einkaufen hat man mehrere Möglichkeiten, man kann alles erhalten, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist nötig, weil die Entfernungen zum Laufen zu weit sind, besonders bei der Hitze. Die Strände sind weit und menschenleer mit feinem weißen Sand. Die Saison soll nach Auskünften der Bewohner erst im Dezember beginnen.
